I spotted a man leaving his precious place in line and going to his car! He reached in and pulled out a bag with a brand new mask in it.

How this well-known area went from the likes of F. Scott Fitzgerald and James J. Hill, to a place of boarded up, decaying buildings, drugs, crime and prostitution, to the beautifully restored mansions, vibrant neighborhood, and captured history it reflects today.

I had the privilege of being a guest on the Legal Bits podcast by Julie Finch, which is a wonderful platform to learn from and about business and entrepreneurship. During her lively show we discussed a bit of my philosophy behind marketing.

Too many businesses are getting generic, undistinguished content that is in their marketer's voice and not their own. Too many small businesses are being "held captive" by marketing packages that do not allow them to make any changes or shine as their own unique business.
